By using and/or downloading our Content (“Content” includes all video, text, RSS News Feeds, Email alerts, etc and/or the content that they contain), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Subscribers may display the headlines, active links and the excerpts in our News Feeds for any article from Icon UK Ltd (“Icon”) on their website, provided they adhere to the following terms and conditions:

All Icon Content on your website must be accredited to Icon UK Ltd, with a link placed to the original article.

All title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights of the Icon Content and original articles shall remain the property of Icon UK Ltd, except in the case of guest articles and visual materials  where the rights belong to the author or copyright holder (for example, in the case of images).

You may not place, or use any software to place, any complete articles from Icon on your website or other electronic media unless given explicit permission by both Icon and the copyright holder (or just the latter where ownership is solely with them).

If Icon permits you in writing to use specified Content, you must provide Icon with a credit in one of the following forms in a reasonably prominent location beside each piece of Icon Content on your product or service:

and

you must provide a functional hyperlink back to the location of relevant Icon Content (ensuring that such hyperlinks will always be one click away from the relevant Icon Content).

You may not charge users specifically for accessing Icon’s electronic Content, nor attempt to sell our Content in any way, without our written permission from a Director of the company.

You agree to remove all of the Icon Content upon receiving request or notice of such from Icon.
